The DUAL C10A is a trapezoidal-wedged shape multipurpose speaker for use in PA systems or as an on-stage monitor that features a 10" low frequency transducer of 2in VC capable of delivering excellent dynamic range, flat frequency response and a very low distortion figure which combined with 1" (1.73in VC) HF driver result in a superb sound and exceptional performance.
This C10A is prepared to be used as a stage monitor or as a pole mount speaker as the 90°x60° and 60°x90° CD horn can be rotated for vertical and horizontal operation in order to achieve the ideal sound dispersion.
As self-.powered system, the C10A incorporates a 2-channel Class D amplifier and a DSP for real time operation according to different environments and music styles. With 4 user- defined presets than can be selected on the rear panel, the class D amplifier is prepared for 85-264Vac global mains voltage (SMPS with PFC) and features various electronic protections to guarantee the use of the speaker system in perfect sound and safe operation.
DUAL rugged enclosures are manufactured using 15mm birch plywood painted in hard- wearing and durable polyurea coating, being prepared to be used in flown configuration through 3x M8 inserts and in pole mount thanks to a Ø35mm socket with 0°/5° tilt. This range of Speakers offers exceptional performance making it the perfect professional solution for clubs, bands and DJs and anywhere there is a need for dependable high performance multipurpose loudspeakers.

Delayed Shipping and Refunds
If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, it will be canceled, and we will notify you via email or SMS. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 3-4 working days.
• After Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. This time frame accounts for the return process, as we need to receive the returned product before initiating the refund.

Beatbox Entertainment Return Policy
At Beatbox Entertainment, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services, and our return policy is designed to balance customer convenience with maintaining the integrity of our brand.
General Return Guidelines
1. Return Window
• Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Returns will only be accepted if we find a valid reason for return and the product is in its original condition, with complete packaging, accessories, and the original invoice.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via:

• Beatbox Entertainment will verify the complaint, and if deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
3. Reverse Pickup
• For valid return cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
Policy for High-Value Products (Above ₹100,000)
• Products priced above ₹100,000 are not eligible for return or refund, except under the following conditions:
• The product is defective.
• The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on our website.
• Damage occurred during transit if transit insurance was opted for (verified at the time of delivery).
• To initiate a return for such products, you must provide detailed proof (e.g., images, videos, or other documentation). Beatbox Entertainment reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim before accepting any return or refund request.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
For all eligible returns:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• All original accessories, user manuals, and packaging must be intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or buyer’s remorse, unless otherwise agreed upon.
* We charge Restock fees of 15% from the invoice value, if customer wants to return his order if there is no valid reason for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:
1. Products priced above ₹100,000 without a valid reason.
2. Customized or personalized items.
3. Products with visible signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
4. Items sold as part of clearance or sale promotions, marked as “Final Sale.”
5. DAW software and other licensed software.
6. Studio monitors, speakers, and subwoofers are not eligible for return or refund once an order is placed unless a valid reason is provided and accepted.
Refund Process
• Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via online bank transfer.
• Replacement orders will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
2. By Customers
