Shipping Policy

At Beatbox Entertainment, we understand how important and exciting it is to receive your online orders. That’s why we’ve designed a shipping process that is efficient, transparent, and reliable.

Transparent Tracking

Our shipping system allows you to track your order at any time. You’ll receive regular updates about your order status via email and SMS to keep you informed every step of the way.

Secure Packaging

We use high-quality packaging to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. While timely delivery is a priority, we believe it’s even more important to deliver your order securely and in pristine condition.

Free Shipping Across India

We are proud to offer free shipping across India. Once you place an order on our website (BeatboxEntertainment.com), we typically ship your items within 2 working days. For special-order items, shipping may take a few weeks. You can always check the estimated delivery schedule on our website before placing your order.

Delayed Shipping and Refunds

If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, it will be canceled, and we will notify you via email or SMS. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 3-4 working days.

• After Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. This time frame accounts for the return process, as we need to receive the returned product before initiating the refund.

Shipping Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier services such as FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ship & Cargo Logistics, and Delhivery. The choice of courier depends on the delivery location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

Thank you for choosing Beatbox Entertainment. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to delivering your orders with care and precision.
